I am not a lawyer, neither am a judge, nor is my job related to judiciary system of Malaysia. But one thing I know, as a Malaysian I am bound by these Laws, and so are you. When you're given any text from the pages of Laws, tell me do you understand them, fully, partly or hardly? Whatever your answer is, you don't get marks for that, but when your life is at stake, or the course of your life is about to change undesirably, regardless of the outcome, sensibly, understanding them becomes a lot more important.
I am not a criminal, neither have I committed a serious crime, nor do I have any intention to commit one. But in life, negligence can sometimes be rendered a crime and if found guilty of one, it is punishable. How careful can you be?
What I intend to do is to make them understood the easiest way. In that, I shall put a clause here: The articles herein in this blog are not intended to be used in the court of law, so don't. If you find it hard to understand your lawyer's explanation, find another lawyer, then can you read the articles herein. The explanation and/or any comments made is done in good spirit and shall not be read with any other kind of spirit or illegal drugs. The former may cause you delusion while the latter jail time or worse.
So, relax. Nobody's going to jail unless they want to.
